Friendly competitions
La Prova del Cuoco (length depends on the selected dish): your group splits into two competing teams. Each team prepares a pasta dish for judging, plus a platter for all guests to sample.
Blind Tasting (2.5 hours, up to four teams): you are poured four wines, one at a time, without knowing what you are tasting, and your challenge is to identify each wine and win. Our wine expert answers your questions along the way, as long as you don’t get too curious. The wines are paired with authentic Italian food, so it’s a short trip to Italy without leaving New York.
